"Do not use. They allowed my insurance to be canceled on my home because my x asked. Then they allowed the refund for the remaining 7 months ago to a new address where the check was cashed which requiried two signatures. I wouldn't have known I had no insurance until I received a bill wanting more money on my car. I had gone 10 days without coverage. It's now a month later and I have not received anything for the reinstated policy nor will the agency take any responsibility. This is not the first time I've heard clients getting screwed over by them."

"I had been with St Farm for over a decade and paid them month after month on time. We had a claim with them on 8/10/2020 for our house that took a beating from the Derecho, like many other houses did. 4 years later they have dropped us due to that claim. Let me tell how horrible of a company you will be with if you go with St Farm. They might be on the cheaper end sometimes but there claims and customer service is horrible when you actually need them. Sadly, whenever they come up in conversation, or when someone asks about insurance ST Farm will be the dead last one I recommend, in fact I will let them know how horrible of a company they are."
