Then they allowed the refund for the remaining 7 months ago to a new address where the check was cashed which requiried two signatures. I wouldn't have known I had no insurance until I received a bill wanting more money on my car. I had gone 10 days without coverage. It's now a month later and I have not received anything for the reinstated policy nor will the agency take any responsibility. This is not the first time I've heard clients getting screwed over by them."
